So much doom and gloom out there. Has someone been nice to you? Have you seen or done something nice? Let's share.

My food shopping delivery driver was very nice today. She said I looked tired, I said I was just out of hospital, she offered to stay and unpack my shopping.

I agree. Spread the positivity where you can, OP!

We stayed at friends last night who also have a baby. They let our DD have his room and he slept in with them. They had a bad night because of it (we heard much screaming) but didn't let on, and cooked us breakfast this morning! Lovely people.

That was nice of your driver, OP.

We had a nice chat with a lady in the park who was admiring my DDog and we cuddled her beautiful Bedlington. She said she was worried we wouldn't want to come close as he is a bit jump-uppy, but we didn't mind at all.

Had a really good talk. Her DDog is also her "child" as my DDog is for me as we have no children.

Turns out we use the same groomer too!

What lovely friends you have, RedPanda

I helped up a little girl who fell off her scooter Smile

That is lovely! Funny how a small moment can cheer you up.
Dropped something in a shop today and another customer picked it up. She could have left it for me but didn’t. Tiny gesture but nice.

I always think it's the little things that mean the most.

My youngest (23yrs old with SN) had to be taken to hospital by ambulance last night, after having a fit. The paramedic chatted away to her about gaming and Minecraft. The doctor told her she was a great patient and her big brother waited up until we got home. My neighbour told me off for not phoning him for a lift home from the hospital. People can be lovely.

Oh PERF, how is she today?

As a family we are forever playing practical jokes on one another. Earlier today I was shopping and had my back to the trolly while I chose some rolls. My (adult) daughter crept up and took the trolly away leaving me momentarily confused. I looked round and caught the eye of a guy who was stacking the shelves and had seen her sneak off. The three of us laughed and I carried on shopping.

Silly things that make me grin always make me feel better about life.
