Fuck I've taken the skin off my foot

I second hydrocolloid plasters. I took the skin off my heels two weeks ago to a very great depth (new shoes and alcohol). Those plasters keep the wound wet and this aids healing. I was gobsmacked at the speed it healed.

Ones of all sizes in boots 3 for 2 at the minute.

Nice legs though OP! 😂 If only we were all so lucky. Don't envy the foot hole though.

Lots of air. Try not to wear a dressing too much. Sudocream? Might help...

You need Duoderm dressing...although I'm not sure if you can get it OTC.

You need a hydrocolloid dressing or Jellonet, but its messy for the sole of your foot. Keep an eye out for infection.
