Watched this filmthis evening...I think I'd give it about 2/10. Any other MNers seen it? What did you think?

Absolute tripe.

I really liked it. I thought it was creative and touching and odd and different.

No, I don't think you do need a higher consciousness to appreciate it, I think you need a better sense of Emperors New Clothes to unappreciate it with

Omg I think there are more likers than haters on this thread now! In response to a pp, I blame my dh who wanted to see it, I didn't know alot about it other than seeing a trailer. I didn't have high hopes after seeing that but the trailer spares the awful fish shagging scenes He quite liked it...

I liked it. It was weird but held my attention throughout (I'm notorious for falling asleep in the early stages of a film). I acually saw it on a flight. My boss watched it on the outbound leg and recommended it to me so I watched it on the inbound leg back home. I was jetlagged, had done a full day in the office and then had a lovely dinner on the plane with lots of red wine but still watched the entire film and really liked it. That's rare for me!

I liked it. Very quirky and not another dull love story the same as any other.

I saw it in the cinema as a preview so before there was any hype. I think it benefits from a big screen. I liked it.

I quite liked it until the last 20 minutes.
I feel like i almost hated the last part.
Not just cos of the ending but it was far too violent for me.
I couldn't even watch some parts of the ending.
