I've got an 11 month old and I've not been myself since he's been born. I've got carpal tunnel and random ache and pains all over. I constantly feel foggy and tired despite the fact I've got a good sleeper. I've also developed diarrhoea IBS and find if I eat garlic I'm so ill. I've been to GP and paid and osteopath to try and sort it to little avail. Does it get better?

Might be worth trying a few sessions. I did a few post-birth and it helped. A friend who works with a bowel surgeon says garlic can be a trigger for bowel issues so might be worth avoiding. She also swears by probiotics to get gut health back in order.
I also think that it sounds like you are doing really great. Just read that your baby was premature too, that must have been tough Flowers

It was. The fact many of my friends disappeared didn't help either lol

Oh no. It was pretty similar for me, I think people didn't invite me to things as they didn't want to bother me. Social life has picked up now that I'm back at work and in a good routine.
I didn't make many mummy friends, we moved and my baby's schedule never seemed to work with groups. I try to make an effort to chat with local mums in the playground now and hope friendship will develop eventually :)

I'm so not the type to have a baby and not leave the house. I'm very sociable but I find a lot of people a bit Hmm
