Podcasts. Is there one particular one you really look forward to, and what day does it arrive?

Mine is Griefcast, with Cariad Lloyd. And it arrives on Wednesdays.

I find it easier to use my Echo as a bluetooth speaker and find the post casts on my phone. Especially if I'm going from room to room doing housework.

Gave up trying to sleep around 3am so spent a while setting up Castbox on my phone, and checking out a few of the above podcast recommendations.
Now got a basic library to stave off boredom of daily Get Off My Arse walks
