Yes

I do. I make chilli and there is usually double what we need so I freeze the rest in clean takeaway tubs for the following week. No issues with taste.

I also freeze leftovers from any other casseroles that I make and have been known to freeze gammon from the slow cooker if there was more than we could eat in one go.

What are you planning to freeze?

I've been having a wee look at BBC Good Food's section and there's some lovely recipes on there. Mostly curries, stews etc.

A woman at works makes a terrific chilli in hers.

Of course you can. Why on earth would you think you couldn't?

I wasn't sure if leaving it on so slow negated it. I knew it was daft Grin

Well, assuming that you left it on switched on, so that the food actually cooked, there wouldn't be a problem Grin
