Not brave enough for AIBU , but would appreciate opinions on this..
I was looking at activities for DD, and found a class I thought she would like.
The website, and Facebook page both have an option to book a free trial lesson
DD has some delays with regards to her gross motor skills, which affects her confidence as well, as she struggles to keep up. She was however very keen to try, so a trial lesson sounded great.
I received an email back, after filling out the form, saying DD was welcome to do a trial lesson, but that the cost was £12 as the free trial period is over
I double checked the website, and it still has the free trial lesson advertised, no terms and conditions or any further details stated anywhere.
I queried it, and received a reply that the trial lesson is a request/application and it isn't a given.
Booking to me means that you sign up for something as stated, and is not the same as an application
The email response really annoyed me, now not sure if I want DD to go to the class, based on the attitude expressed in the email
Am I overthinking this?
