Lush bath bombs

So, a relative kindly gave my DD (4) a couple of lush bath bombs and they have gone down an absolute treat. she is so excited when they go in and has been going on about them ever since.

I’m not a Lush shopper but i called in today to buy her one for a treat for being so good starting school, and was shocked to realise most of them are £5 each! it seems a lot for one bath 🙈

do they ever have them on offer or are there any alternatives that are just as good? otherwise i think they’ll definitely be for special occasions only 😊

Any alternative brands I’ve tried have been horrid!

Buy Lush bubble bars and just break bits off-they last for weeks!

Teach her to make her own!

I bought these for my dd last crimbo as they were on offer on Boots online, 3 for 2 I think. They smell even nicer than Lush and much kinder on your skin.

I get mine from Bomb cosmetics . Absolutely absolutely gorgeous . My DD discovered them and has a serious bath bomb habit now !

The comforter bubble bar is gorgeous, break bits off, lasts for ages.

I like keeping a chunk of bath bomb in a pot in the wardrobe, or in my room, makes it smell lovely.

Try a company called marshmallow blends. They do really lovely bath bombs. They make them all themselves and use skin safe products. They also have their products cosmetically assessed for safety.

I don’t like any of the alternatives that I’ve tried but I prefer the bubble bars to the bombs as I like the actual bubbles.
4 of us here that love Lush (dp not so much!) and every bath or shower features at least one lush product!
We have a big basket full of the stuff in the cupboard, but I don’t like the awkwardness of the bubble wands, I always end up putting it back in the paper bag all soggy!
Blue skies and fluffy white clouds is my favourite bubble bar, ds likes anything, the dds like the comforter and snow fairy/creamy candy. I did use a galactic (?) bomb the other night as we have a surplus of stuff to use up, it was like a full on glitter explosion Hmm probably should have left that one for the dds.
I don’t break up the bath bombs though, seems like a faffy mess!
