Hi I would like to get a bit fitter I already attend a class on a Tuesday evening I'm a local village hall which is really nice and friendly. We all have a laugh and I look forward to it. However I want to do another class but can only do a Friday morning, a local sports centre do one but it's something different each week, I did attend last week but really ached almost hurt in several places for days and even now can feel it. Everyone there were regulars so I think used to it and even though it was advertised as beginners I can't see that it was. Should I just keep trying or just do a DVD at home? Does anybody else do exercise dvds?

Acheing is good!
It means you have used your muscles in a different way.
A nice friendly class sounds nice, but not like you're working particularly hard.

Look at YouTube! There’s loads of exercise videos to follow, from a few minutes to much longer. Popsugar is good.

A class is better in my opinion, because the instructor will make sure you’re doing the moves properly, which is not necessarily the case if you’re doing something at home.
