Where do you buy great diffusers?

Need to get our new place smelling lovely - any recommendations? Smile

Some I’ve bought before seem quite weak and lose their smell fairly quickly... Would pay more if they would last!

I love the ones from Next, they seem to last ages. I flip the reeds about once a week to keep them smelling fresh

Love a diffuser!! These below are honestly the best we’ve had.. and we’ve tried a lot Smile

TKmaxx generally have a decent range of highish end ones

MaxPepsi · 17/09/2018 16:07

I'd get a plug in warmer, and use wax melts.

Partylite do them, but I'm sure other places do too.

I love mine, work better than diffusers, and look nicer!

JasperCopeland · 17/09/2018 16:10

I got some very good ones from Primark a while back.

L'occitane uk.loccitane.com/diffusers-refills,83,1,29873,0.htm does some nice diffuser fragrances. But don't buy their reeds, they're too short.

John Lewis/Waitrose www.johnlewis.com/search?search-term=diffusers also do nice diffuser fragrances (look for their own brands - not the pricey ones, well, unless you don't mind paying that amount!!). And their diffuser reeds are quite tall, much better than the shorter ones. I usually buy a pack of reeds for £1 which can last a few months - you can buy the reeds separately.

Also, a good trick is to 'flip' your diffuser reeds once a week. So take them out, and put the 'dry' top into the bottom of the bottle so the 'wet' bits are now sticking out in the air and infusing the room with the fragrance.

I bought my friend some from next.
She said they lasted for ages and smelt lovely.

TK Maxx here as well. Theirs last for ages! I put one in my mop & bucket/broom/laundry stuff cupboard and it's lovely when you open the door now.

True Grace, gorgeous. The refills are much better value if you already have a suitable bottle.

Pinkandproud · 18/09/2018 15:44

Good tips, thank you Smile

Yes, True Grace - last such a long time, and amazing fragrances.

nbee84 · 18/09/2018 15:55

Neom ones are nice, though v pricey - I like their 'feel refreshed' one best.

My favourite cheapy is Aldi No.11 peony blush. I have 3 in my house at the moment and they've lasted ages.

Pinkandproud · 18/09/2018 16:06

Never heard of True Grace or Neom - will google!
