Fuck I'm pregnant

I've been going through the shittiest of shit times recently as those of who have followed my previous threads will know. In the middle of all of this I ended up in bed with one of close friends.., and now I'm pregnant, I'm in absolutely no position mental, financially, practicalness (currently live at a hospital for an undetermined amount of time) but yet part of me feels like I should keep them. I just don't know what to do 😭

Well me and and the dad have talked it through and re talked it through and then talked it through again just be sure..... the fixings are having a baby! 😬
