Help with Crohn's medication and thrush

I cannot deal with any more stress right now.

I'm having a little flareup and I've been given an enema thing (budesonide) which is not the one I wanted. The one I wanted hasn't been available for over a year due to manufacturing problems. Hence this one. I've only used it once and I've already got thrush or vaginosis or something. If I stop using it, will my vagina go back to normal or do I need to treat the thrush? If so please could someone recommend a thrush treatment that doesn't cause diarrhoea? I haven't had thrush for years but the creams never worked for me so I always had to take a tablet, and I'm not sure what's in them.

Please don't tell me to phone the hospital. They rarely answer my messages and I find it too stressful trying to deal with them. I spent an entire afternoon in A&E the other day and ended up with nothing.

I've been allergic to practically every enema or suppository I've ever used, apart from one which suited me just fine but which nobody can get hold of.

I've had it up to here. There are so many medications available but so few I can actually use without getting hideous side effects. I want to scream. I want it all to just stop.

Can I use it if I have Crohn's though? I don't want to cause any more chaos.

Your pharmacist should be able to advise if you can take it with Crohn's meds.

I am on immunosuppressant medication, including steroids and I used to get thrush all the time. I take a high dose of acidophilus and apart from when I’m on antibiotics, I never get thrush. I swear by it.

Is acidophilus just for preventative measures, or can it get rid of thrush that's already there? Do you have to go to a health food shop to get it? I'm interested!

I want to stop using this stupid product altogether but I'm worried about if I'll be I'll or not. My bowels constantly feel nervous and I don't know if it's due to anxiety or actual illness.

I wish I could throw the whole thing out of a window.

Hold on, how do I know if it's thrush, or bacterial vaginosis? It smells fishy. I can't go to my GP just because of that, can I? I also sometimes get lichen sclerosis but it doesn't feel like that. If it's BV, will it go away if I stop using the steroid?

I'm so fed up. I just want to have a normal life.
