Apple cider vinegar.

I’ve had digestion/stomach pain for about 2 years now.
At first it was assumed to be a fibroid which I had removed, but it’s continued.
I have gallstones & the pain is often an agonising one across my shoulderblades & going into my chest & can last for a couple of hours. Nothing really touches it. It’s similar to awful wind. It’s also often just a dull ache in my left side under my breast. I take 30mg of lansoprazol daily.
I've had an MRI & a comprehensive scan of kidneys, bladder etc & get the results of those next week.
I was just wondering if there’s anything that I can do in the meantime. I’ve bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar because I’ve read about all of the good stuff it does, but how do you take it?
I’ll try anything!!

I take 10ml in a 500 ml bottle of sparkling water that I drink throughout my morning at work but I know someone who takes 5ml in a small glass of tap water morning and evening. It's an acquired taste and I think the bubbles in sparkling water help. If I don't drink it for a couple of days then I suffer terribly with indigestion.

Be very careful it’s highly acidic and will ruin your teeth

Drink through a straw

I put a big splash in my water first thing, but I can’t say it’s a pleasant drink. You get used to it though. I prefer that over having it more diluted in more of my glasses of water, but that’s just personal preference.

It’s a great salad dressing, so that works too.

Some people can’t stand the taste, and there are vitamin like capsules of apple cider vinegar available if you find it too hard to drink/eat. Much more expensive of course.

Gallstones do not dissolve, the only way to get rid of them if surgery. You can try to prevent attacks by adopting a low fat diet but drinking apple cider vinegar won’t have any effect on them.
Remove from your diet all fatty food chips, crisps, stir fry, etc .... and also biscuits or any food that has butter or oil in it while you wait for the diagnosis. Also careful if you are taking calcium supplements as gallstones can be linked to calcium ( but it usually is fat/ cholesterol) .
Go greener and increase your veggies and stay clear from processed food, red meat, ham, bacon etc.... as much as you can. Avoid cheese and opt for chicken or white fish.
These diet requirements have probably been given to you at the same time they told you about your gallstones. Search gallstones diet which is the diet people awaiting surgery are put on.
