Okay i'm just trying to get a feel for people's opinions, would you have sex in a room with a baby sleeping in the same room in a cot?

The thought of having sex with my child and someone other than their biological father is a bit weird. Not sure I would.

We never did. We knew they wouldn't have any idea but it felt weird to us both so the place we didn't have sex was our actual bed.

No. Never. And I find it strange that anyone would have sex while their child is in the same room. How can you enjoy it?
And more importantly it might wake them up, after spending 15 months getting DC to sleep through that's not a risk I'd take Grin

We did but not very often and only when the baby was fast asleep. It’s no coincidence ds2 was conceived when ds1 was 9 months and moved into his own room

If baby was asleep but to be fair I was too knackered and scared of waking mine!! However we did have sex when I was heavily pregnant which when I think about it makes makes me cringe a bit 😁

Fine if asleep. We shared a house with my parents for the first eight months of dds life, the bedroom was the only place we could have any privacy!

NotUmbongoUnchained · 08/09/2018 13:10

No we didn’t. Not because I think it’s weird or anything, just that we can be quite loud and didn’t want to take the baby Grin

If baby is asleep I don’t really see the problem unless you’re a screamer!
