Going to London next week with DD who is 18 months. Would love some advice on the best places to go and see with her? Up to now we thought London eye area, Kensington gardens and lady Diane memorial park, the science museum.
Also would like recommendations for places to eat?
Thanks!

We took our DD to the aquarium when she was a couple of months older than your DD, and she quite liked that. The only thing was the music in one section was so so loud which was annoying

Basement of science museum. Toddler heaven! Also museum of childhood is quite good.

Presumably she’ll be in the pushchair. We took DD when she was a similar age.

We walked from the Tower of London to the London Eye. on the south bank side.

It was a nice walk around the tower area then across tower bridge, around City Hall which has a nice big open walk space area, then past HMS Belfast, The Golden Hinde, up past Shakespeare’s Globe.

Now I think about it, we walked over Millennium Bridge to St Paul’s then walked down to Embankment to hop on the river ferry to the London Eye.

It was a nice easy walk, generally away from roads and car fumes at pushchair height. We also went to St James Park which was family friendly with a nice play park and large pond / lake to walk around.
