Hello please reassure my daughter - all her friends have several gaps but she has not felt a single wobble! She is 6 and 4 months..is this normal? She was in tears today....

My son is 7 in December and has only just got his first wobbly tooth this past weekend! Most of the kids in his Year 2 class still have baby teeth or one gap at the most.

I didn't lose my first tooth until 7 (and then literally lost it - I was so upset that the tooth fairy wouldn't come as I'd lost the tooth! Thankfully my mum said to write her a note explaining and all was ok ...) and the last baby tooth did not fall out until I was 17! My dentist said it's a good thing, the earlier the adult teeth come in, the longer they have to last!

Waterat daughter, my daughter was 8 before she lost her first one and just lost her last one at 14. Everyone is different, don’t forget to leave a note for the tooth fairy when it happens, gold coin for the first one Wink

Neither of mine lost any until they were 8 and my 13 year old still has two baby teeth
