This thread is making me smile so much and lifting my hopes for a future Yes, we are meeting for pre-drinks as the friend group that we met through are meeting that night. So we'll have a few drinks in us before we go off to the event. This is so outing, I'm trying not to give too much away because I have told EVERYONE in real life today Grin

I had a guy ask me out at work once. He was lovely but had to turn him down as I was in a emotionally abusive relationship at the time. That was 9 years ago and work crush guy and I have been married 6 years now Smile
