I reduced my electric bills by never vacuuming . I find that the extra layer of dust eventually provides extra insulation. As a bonus, spiders remove all the flies, so I don't need to worry about them landing on my food - which I obviously don't bother to refrigerate (refer to previous comment re: slattern).

I save on water by having the kids lick the cutlery and crockery clean so I don't have to wash the dishes.

other than that, save water by turning the stopcock to a mere drip a couple of minutes.. flick the switches on the consumer unit and pretend there is a power cut..
