Other than it will probably be chicken based.

I’m trying to convince DH to order a Chinese. Otherwise it will be chicken, no doubt what with though, possibly just chicken given my cooking skills!

I'm making Keralan coconut chicken curry with rice. It's smelling great.

Tomorrow is a heavily bastardised paella with chicken and chorizo.

French bread, cheese, cold meat, salad, grapes & melon. We had left over spag bol for lunch, so don't want to cook anything else.

I'm trying this recipe which is the chicken version of prawn toast.
I'm also doing spring rolls and sweet and sour chicken for a homemade (ish) version of a Chinese takeaway.

Beetroot, feta and dill burgers in rolls, homemade coleslaw with red cabbage, Oh She Glows chickpea salad.

Beef casserole, proper baked potatoes ( oven not microwaved), tenderstem broccoli. Followed by Raspberry & Almond blondie.

Because I was cold this morning! I've put Fish Pie, Chicken Tagine, Kedgeree & Plum crumble back on the menu in our house this week. Well have pork pot roast soon too.

Dh has been down Asda and got 2x make your pizza he’s got chicken and bacon and I’ve got onion, peppers and sundried tomatoes on mine yummy

ASDA PIZZA is the only shop pizza i really like.
