If you have pork kebabs but no grill or barbecue, how would you cook them in your oven?

What temperature would you put them and how long for? On the package it says grill, but that’s not an option. How can I cook them? They are the new ones from Waitrose with lemongrass and chili I think. This sounds really nice.

I'd put them on a tray at around 200/GM5 for about 15-20minutes (depending on the size) and turn them halfway.

i’d put them in 190 or 170 for fan assisted, for about 20-25 mins (turn after 10mins)

thats how i cook lamb and chicken kebabs. im sure after 20 mins you can cut one open and see if its cooked Smile

I hang them over a baking tray so fat drips off, or put on a roasting rack or cooling tray (if you have a sturdy one) in a baking tray.

If they're quite small 20 minutes at 180 should do it.

Nearly everything 'beige' or steak/kebab/sausage like will be done in 20-30 minutes at 180-200 C and the exact temperature/timings don't matter at all - just keep an eye on them in case they are cooking too quickly.

If they do, put on a lower shelf, turn round if cooking unevenly, or cover with foil.

Hi, they are like this. So about 180 or 190 for 20 minutes?

Yeah and then half way

I actually do burgers in the oven rather than under the grill! Less messy. About 20 minutes, turning about halfway, 175C ish.

You could fry them in a frying pan as a last resort.
