Help me spend an imaginary £10,000

It's not actually imaginary - we need to borrow more on our mortgage. Unfortunately the mortgage company will only lend us a minimum of an extra £10,000 and the work that actually needs doing costs far less than that.

But - they have said we need to justify what we are spending the £10,000 on and give quotes, so I need to have a list ready tomorrow.

Sorting out the bathroom (the work we actually really need doing), will cost about £3000. Other things that could conceivably need doing (as in, they do need doing but less urgently than the bathroom) are as follows, but I can't work out what are reasonable costs for them:

-Replacing 6 external PVC windows, and one balcony door.
-Replacing poorly laid laminate flooring in a large kitchen, hall, and living-dining room with something slightly nicer and better laid.
-Replacing 7 internal doors.
-Fitting two sets of wardrobe doors on integrated wardrobes that currently don't have any.
-Replacing four large radiators.

I've done loads of googling but estimates seem to vary so wildly - I just want to give them some numbers that sound reasonable! We're currently not sure if we will use all the money to do the jobs or pay back most via early repayments so haven't actually got quotes, and only read this gem in the bumph I've been emailed tonight.

I'd say screw the house, and do an organised tour up the East coast of Australia again.
DW and I did it 5 years ago and it cost £10,000 all in for both of us (including flights/spending money etc)
Worth every penny - best holiday ever.
