Resin bonded bridge ( Maryland bridge)

Hi I have to have my 2 top front teeth removed after an accident which has badly fractured them. They are currently wired in at the back. Since July 14th.
A resin bonded bridge i( otherwise known as a Maryland bridge) is my preferred option. Is there anyone here who has one of these and can share with me their experiences. Any advice welcome. Thanks Jill xx

If it's your two very front teeth then a RBB is a lot to be supported by your two smaller incisors. What has your dentist said?

She would prefer me to have an acrylic denture and eventually have tooth implants.
I can’t bear the thought! I have read the bridge can help support the teeth the bridge is fixed to. I am self financing my treatment and I’m aware of the possible failure rate. I am also aware it can be refixed if necessary

I hope to have implants in the next 12 months

I have a marlyland bridge for my two eye teeth that never came through. The right one periodically falls out which is a massive pain. I’m hoping to get implants at some point soon but the bridge has served me okay I suppose (had it for over 10 years, but always dread it falling out!)
