How fast can you get the shits?!

So, if the culprit for your shits is what you've eaten, can it take effect within 30 minutes??!!

Burger King does this to me within about 30 minutes. I've only eaten it twice, both times I've had the runs. McDonalds is fine.

I once made some creamy pasta sauce. The cream was on the date. I stupidly put the cream in the pan first and tested it after... it was a bit gnarly, but thought it would be fine. Ten minutes after finishing my dinner I was running for the loo.

Peppers - anything from 30 minutes to a couple of hours later.

McDonalds burgers. Best constipation cure ever.

Once with a grilled prawn starter in a restaurant, it started before the end of the main course. Not fun in a restaurant toilet or during a mad dash car ride home with your in-laws with a sick bag and clenching and praying.

Happens to me virtually every time I eat out. Lovely meal. Home. Toilet.

Yep, can get the runs within 30 mins of eating something that doesn't agree with me. I don't think I've ever had genuinely had food poisoning, just got sensitive guts.

Greasy food does that to me. Sometimes it's within 20 seconds of me having my last bite.

To be honest, some days I can eat cheese sandwiches and be fine, the next time I eat it I can have an upset stomach for a few hours after the last bite.

There's one very particular pizza establishment that I can't go to at all now as I know I'll be ill within half an hour. Even if I just eat from the salad bar. Always in pain afterwards and glued to the look.
