Does this house look creepy to you?

Because it really does to me! Dark windows like black eyes. Apologies if it's your house, I'm sure it's lovely but even looking at the pictures I'm getting a bad feeling. Wouldn't want to spend a night alone here.

Is it just me?

Those photos were taken at the wrong time of day. Estate agent is a numpty.

abbsisspartacus · 15/08/2018 18:13

A little but I think it's more because there is no reflection in a room full of mirrors who took the photos 😱

Pornstarlips · 15/08/2018 18:14

Thankyou pan and duggees

Lynne1Cat · 15/08/2018 18:18

Not at all. It's modern, for a start.

PanPanPanPing · 15/08/2018 18:18

There isn't an actual estate agent, Tepilo is one of those DIY websites. I guess the photos were taken by the vendor.

MrsDc7 · 15/08/2018 18:28

Had a proper look and the inside isn’t bad... shame the outside photo makes it look like there’s people hidden in the basement...

TeaAndNoSympathy · 15/08/2018 18:29

No, not at all. It’s just a normal house. Photos are pretty dire though.

HollowTalk · 15/08/2018 18:31

It's not to my taste, but why do you think it's creepy? Any house looks different when nobody's living there.

ShirleyPhallus · 15/08/2018 18:31

It’s creepsville

Clicked through expecting a little girl ghost or a spooky doll to be in the corner of one of the pics

PrimalLass · 15/08/2018 18:45

Nope.

Smellbellina · 15/08/2018 18:48

I think it’s creepy!

PickAChew · 15/08/2018 18:50

It was listed in January, so not much light.

DuggeesWoggle · 15/08/2018 18:50

I don't know why it looks creepy Hollow, I think it's a combination of the dark, almost black windows, the empty rooms and gloomy photos. It looks like the set of a film where a couple move to a rural house to start a new life and Bad Things Happen.

I do have a very vivid imagination though Grin

Needs a good powerwash.

I really don’t like dark window frames. They always make windows look far too dark. Not so bad from outside but horrible inside unless the windows are massive.

MerryDeath · 15/08/2018 18:58

200k!! i'd happily live in the haunted house for that. practically free.

Whatsforu · 15/08/2018 19:01

Definitely something creepy about that one!!! Think it's the gloom and doom look!!

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 15/08/2018 19:03

Yes I agree, creepy.

FogCutter · 15/08/2018 19:06

Creepy from the outside - it's the windows and lack of couloir or character.

WilburIsSomePig · 15/08/2018 19:16

I like it! Grin

PrimalLass · 15/08/2018 19:16

I can't see anything creepy at all. I just saw it and thought - you can tell it is Scotland because the sky and the light is beautiful.

Mumshotel · 15/08/2018 19:19

Not sure about the creepy-ness but wow you get a lot of house for your money. Go for it and brighten it up. Throw some love at it x

Badtasteflump · 15/08/2018 19:48

Not creepy at all - so am a bit disappointed tbh!

DMF1305 · 15/08/2018 20:09

I don't think it looks creepy but I do think the photos are awful & the sellers need to get better ones done.

Thinkingofausername1 · 15/08/2018 20:10

Bloody hell don't buy it!!! Sometimes you can just tell from a photo. Shock
