Your long haul flight clothing / comfort tips

I have a 10 hour flight in 3 weeks time to a much anticipated holiday and I’m keen to get your tips that mean I arrive in comfort! Jet lag won’t be a huge issue and I’ve flown long haul before: I’m just never hugely organised.

Ideally I’m looking for specific recommendations: what are your toiletries / clothing / accessories tips that mean I’ll arrive in tip top condition? Style isn’t a huge priority!

Sorry that should say 16 hours.
Definitely take a light cardigan to layer- I thought it was cold. I took my own neck pillow but found it uncomfortable. I used the airline blanket but next time might take my own.

I bought some v comfy yoga pants from m and co yesterday for £8 they would be perfect op. Also i always take thick socks to wear on the plane.

Fayrazzled lol - I have done that flight a few times and it definitely feels like 26 hours plus 7 hours!!

These water sprays are nice OP. You can get 50ml versions which are ok for flights - this could be the kind of "spritzer" a PP mentioned? They are nice and refreshing.

Before travel: don't wear underwired bras or belt, these set the alarms off! Don't drink coffee, it can upset my tummy on flights for some strange reason. Spray a small square of cotton with your favourite perfume and put in a zip loc bag.
I get changed into my 'flight outfit' at the gate, leggings, big baggy t shirt, flip flops and wrap. I take off my make up and slather moisturiser on. I also try to have a poo! (So I don't need to n the plane!
In my bag I have socks, noise cancelling headphones, lip salve, ipad with stuff downloaded in case the tv doesn't work.
Once we land I get changed back in the loos in baggage collection, redo make up, brush hair, clean teeth and use the perfume cloth to wipe myself. I do this while my grumpy, stinky husband is waiting for the cases in crumpled clothes 😂😂😂

Last time i flew long haul i wore bed socks with birkenstock bostons. Merino Leggings and big over sized cashmere hoody. A jersey infinity scarf could loop over head.

Everytime i nipped loo people kept commenting how comfy i looked. Unsure if insult or compliment 😂 was snug though.

I always wear compression stockings as my feet and ankles swell with outfail.

Re: specific brands - just about all shops do leggings and lounge wear of some kind or other - as long as you avoid the ones that focus on work wear. I've got White Company, Gap Body, Sweaty Betty, M&S - just depends how much you want to spend really.
