Would you tip an Ikea delivery person?

Getting some things delivered tomorrow. I live in a top flat, most of the things are heavy and they say they deliver to your door. I know they have a £25 delivery charge, but should I tip?

Came on to reply but noticed you’d already had the stuff. Did you tip?

I wouldn't. Ikea charge £35 to deliver where I live - I consider that to be payment enough!
I'm not actually in favour of tipping, generally. Employers should pay decent wages and not rely on customers to meet their obligations. Also it seems so random - why do we tip a waitress or hairdresser or taxi driver but not the cashier at the supermarket or our dc's teachers or nurses? It can't simply be income related as cabbies (esp in London) and many hair dressers make a fortune!

I would and have! Only €5 each, but they were efficient (whole kitchen delivery) polite and punctual to a rather tricky destination.

I don't tend to. I'll tip takeaway delivery drivers, on the basis that they tend to be underpaid, doing precarious work and often saving me a trek out on a cold/rainy evening, but a properly employed delivery driver, no.

For takeaway drivers I’ll round it up a couple of pound.
I don’t tip my hairdresser because she’s the owner and the cut and colour is expensive but I hand something in at Christmas.
I’m never sure wether I’m meant to tip the asda delivery driver so I haven’t yet
