Hi,
So here is my problem,
My daughter went over to america to see her cousins and uncle when she was 15. She went for two summers.
She is now 21 and wants to go back so she emailed my brother (her uncle) asking if she could come over for about two weeks to wish he said yes,
She thinks its rude she invited herself,
what do you think ?
Should she go ?

Thanks for your help

I'd email him myself to double check t was ok. It's only two weeks.

I'm confused. If she thinks it is rude, why did she do it?

However, I don't think it's rude. I regularly phone my Aunty and ask if I can go and visit. She's in the UK so I don't stay for long, but then I see her a lot more often. If I had a niece living in another country from me, I'd be delighted if she asked me if she could come and visit presuming you aren't about to dripfeed she's a really horrible house guest.

she really loves america and really enjoys spending time with her cousins.
She is just questioning herself i think. She didn't think it was rude when she ask but is worried now that thought back on it.
Ye visiting someone in an other country is always good i think

I don't think it's rude, she's an adult. You could always email to double check but I imagine he is pleased she asked (I'm an eternal optimist though).
