In what Universe do you think these/this packed lunch would be acceptable...?

Opinions sought on the following...thank you in advance. (Photos available of first two descriptions for those that like that sort of thing...and in case ex is still stalking me - yeah, 'loving care', because you say so).

PL1- two slices of white bread and butter (crusts off), small packet of Walkers Sensations Thai sweet chilli crisps, Dairy Milk Oreo chocolate bar.

PL2 - two slices of white bread and butter (crusts off) with cheese, small packet of (MN fave) Pom bears, 75g packet of strawberry 'laces'.

Week 2: One child on 'school lunch'. Child two given packed lunch consisting of - Two slices of white bread and butter (crusts off), four 'Maryland' brand chocolate chip cookies.

For avoidance of drip-feeding, I'm Mum in this. 'Lunches' provided by the in out laws. Children are on the cusp of teens, and 'starving' most of the time.

The DC's school don't allow packed lunches (control freaks) but they go to an after school club once a week. DD 10 has (every week) a chicken sandwich, a packet of Quavers and a Mars bar for packed supper. Not nutritionally great, but much more filling than your DC are getting. This is after a school lunch.

As promised, photos. (I added veg and fruit the next day when these were sent home after mid-week 'contact').

Still waiting for school to even raise an eyebrow at ex's usual (contrary to policy) lunches, never mind his 'loving family' abominations here. They're (school) usually quite strict as a rule, on every other random minutiae as it happens (Usually when, resident parent, Mum's care is up for scrutiny. Absent Dad?...not so much).

Monday 'lunch' of bread and choc chip cookies sadly not able to be photographed as child went straight to school from (court ordered) contact.

I'd be bloody reporting him,him and his family are exerting control over your DC with food or rather the lack of.

There's no-one, or rather no authority/relevant public body...that has listened, to similar (and previously much, much worse transgressions) complaints. I'm shouting into a void.

I see the food 'thing' as less exerting control (though it of course is) , and more a 'this is all you are worth' type of message.

Your reply is much appreciated and, like all the others, keeping me strong in the face of fuckwittery par excellence, thank you Smile

New Court summons today by request of entitled ex.

And so it begins...again,

Apparently I haven't quite managed to appease the raging Narc as he expected demanded

Wondering if the two white bread and four cookies defense will make a difference this time?

Plan to laugh hysterically throughout another farcical family Court date. Well, nothing else has made any bloody difference to date.

Wish me luck!
