I don't know anything about US law unless you count watching The Goid Wife but I wouldn't have thought a 5 year clause such as this rumoured one would even be legal, let alone enforceable.

The more I read about scientology the more sorry I feel for people caught up in it.

I've watched interviews of the famous woman who got out, can't remember her name, she was in king of Queens. I think she asked where one of the leaders wives was, as nobody had seen or heard from her in a year. She seemed utterly messed up from the experience. I was sure she would have a nasty accident.
