No one takes photos of me with my new baby

7 weeks have passed since I had my first son - I take snaps of him with others (especially daddy) all the time, but i have to ask people to take photos of me with him! Very frustrating as those lovely natural moments are always missed (especially by daddy!) Grandma (mil) constantly uploading photos to Facebook of my son with everyone but me. Am I right to be annoyed? I don't want to keep asking for photos to be taken. X

I had the same problem with DD 2 you just have to ask people to take them. Annoying I know but it's there only way congratulations on your new baby

I feel your pain, always the photographer, never the photographed! Really upset me when my DC were born. They are a bit older now and think its hysterical to do a selfie, so if I'm struck down they'll have loads of silly face selfies. YANBU and also congrats on your new baby

I had this. My parents didn't take any photos of me and XP would tut when I asked. There's a few but not many.

Now I'm a lp I'm good at fitting us all in a selfie. We could be anywhere though, you can never really see the background.
