Hi, I've recently started a blog called Lists for Life. It provides advice and video blogs on many topics including saving money, weight loss, fitness, health and mental well-being. I'm a doctor myself and I've had some recent mental health issues so want to share my knowledge with those in need.

hate that I've had to name change for this smile but it's rather a unique situation, so it's made me pretty identifiable.

I have spent the last few months wondering if this is something that I should be sharing with the world, or shutting up about.

But I've come to the conclusion, that if it means people are just that little bit aware of the risks, the it could save a child's life. So I've finally blogged about it.

It's the story of dd, when last October she ended up in intensive care after eating foxglove leaves in the garden. It was touch and go there for a while.

If we hadn't worked out what had happened, then there's a chance she wouldn't be here today.
