Training as his Mum's PA? Confused

Oh he's always being papped and for what? Totally nothing.

This a case of not what you know but who you know.

Having said that isn't he at college or something? Can't imagine his parents letting him waste his life!

howtorebuild · 18/09/2015 19:46

They made a big fuss of him passing hid gcse exams, no grades given. Maybe he couldn't get into sixth form due to his grades. G is a pass to some, c plus a pass to others. So he would have to undertake training. Training as what, a celeb?

Good lord. Is there a source for this? I thought he would be doing A Levels too.

howtorebuild · 19/09/2015 11:27

Just social media and the sidebar of shame. I think football and standard education are not really for Brooklyn, so they are trying to make him a Calum Best type character, on a family training scheme to get around the education or training until 18 rule.

So its like an apprenticeship. With his Mum. Grin

QueenLaBeefah · 19/09/2015 11:32

Feel a bit sorry for him TBH. Yes, he is rich but at 16 his seems to have no real purpose. Most teenagers I know wouldn't be able to
Imagine anything worse than working for their parents.

TwmSionCati · 19/09/2015 11:38

I feel a bit sorry for him too, his looks are average and he has nothing to do outside of the shadow of his parents.
If he had 'passed his GCSEs' with a C or above, I think we would heard about it.

howtorebuild · 19/09/2015 11:46

Sparkling it seems so. You have to look past all the spin and see what they are not saying to get a better idea. Yes partly I feel for him, overexposed as a child, pimped out to the press by his parents, so he can't just be a plumber like his Grandfather.

The Beckham's have made no effort whatsoever (in fact quite the opposite) to protect their children's privacy. I think that they will, eventually, come to deeply regret it. Xx

BitOfFun · 19/09/2015 12:01

I don't think it's at all unusual to work in the "family firm", which is what Brand Beckham surely is. People in those kind of circles want employees they can trust absolutely.

I'm sure his parents are very proud of him.

howtorebuild · 19/09/2015 12:05

The four children will regret their parents choices. They are left with little option other than a celeb going around doing celeb big brother, strictly, I'm a celeb, ice skating as per Peter Andre, the other professional pimp of his children, or modelling and football as careers. The Beckham's are practical people, hairdressers and plumbers. The Adams are a housewife and brand Beckham administrators.

I've read a few times he's doing A levels.

Tiredemma · 19/09/2015 12:08

You are right- and as already stated, same with Peter Andre etc. The kids will be the ones that regret it.

I really admire Davina McCall for keeping her kids out of the limelight (ok- not as 'big' as the Beckhams but some one who could have easily sold her soul to the covers of OK/Heat etc)
No one has ever seen her kids so they can generally lead a normal life I imagine.

Why would you take a 3 year old to a fashion show???

EachandEveryone · 19/09/2015 12:10

I opened my magazine to see Keith Richards grandchild is the new face of Burberry. It absolutely drives me crazy. Everybody seems to be a relation of someone.

Confused who does at 16? I see nothing wrong with him going into the family business if he cant or wont stay in school. surely that's the best place for him? people who want to see him succeed rather than him working for some other company who will exploit him for peanuts and drop him once his apprenticeship is up.

as for feeling sorry for him because his looks are 'average' Hmm

SellFridges · 19/09/2015 12:30

isn't there some sort of requirement to be in employment or training/education at that age now? He must be doing something, we just, quite rightly, know about it.

Even the royals go to Uni these days.
