I love a good trip to Lanhydrock and then a guilty visit to the big Trago Mills . Lovely when people help isn't it so many times my doc have been hurt and people have just started and done bugger all.

oh yes, the lovely Trago! His rightwingness puts me off, and the food gives me heartburn, but I do often use the loos on route

I've had a lot of traffic for this post, I think it shows that I need to be more positive, and have an actual point to my blog posts that lots of people benefit from reading, not just the odd few with back pain.
