Soft white loaf - easily adaptable to wholemeal etc (just sub the flour) - and just one rising. ;) I did a little experimentation and discovered that omitting a second rising does not noticeably impact on white bread - major time/hassle saver. :) x

A Back To School Post With A Difference

I have had a bit of a break - was rather overwhelmed by summer holidays. Decided to just post a little video of ds1 surfing with his coach at the end of August. This little clip was amazing to watch being filmed because the person filming was surfing alongside ds1 & the coach. He then turned the camera off and surfed over to my friend and handed it to him without stopping :)
