My take on the recent school sports announcements:
So the Olympics went to London and all we got were these lousy announcements

Hi all,

I've just posted about trusting what your doing. "Whatever your doing is right, until it stops working for you, at which point - try something else"

I'm continuing in my quest to find something my toddler will eat, with the help of other parents and bloggers. Todays is Cod and Courgette

Hiya, its been a busy week!

I've been ranting about Parents who think they can have a baby and stay the same , stressed out about my mum who thinks every family outing should Include Her and very very excited about my son finally understanding and saying Yes and No!

I also had time to turn an afternoon of frustration into a fictional piece from my baby's POV, it made me see the funny side of That Moment When You Want To Leave Them At The Park

Hope you enjoy! Comments so very appreciated.

After all the planning here is what we really did in Paris.

The problem with housework is that it is a monster who never stops gobbling up the hours - if you feed it even a tiny bit it demands more and more of your precious time as you notice just one more little thing that needs doing ...

When American novelist Nicholas Sparks said, ?I?ve often over-estimated what I could accomplish in a day [but] under-estimated what I could accomplish in a year? he precisely portrayed the expectations of my role as a one woman debt fighting machine. lifeafterdebts.blogspot.co.uk/

Ok I know it's late on a Tuesday now and probably no-one is reading this but I've finally gotten around to trying out the Linky/Bloghop tools and have just posted a linky invite for other bloggers to join in my Treasure Box Tuesday's posts. Basically you can feature anything you see as a treasure, new or old that you own or just desire....it can be for kids or grown ups or both and can even be something intangible like a memory from a photograph. It should include an image of the thing you treasure. I'd love it if anyone would like to participate for this weeks, otherwise I'll hopefully be hosting this every week from now on. Here's this weeks post and linky link....let me know if it's not working for any reason x

Today I posted 'Mighty Mango Smoothie & It's Health Benefits In A Glass'. This is a great breakfast smoothie recipe idea or could also work well after exercise.

Learn about the benefits of mango here:

I had to stop buying organic food as it was good for me but not good for the budget. But then I got the gardening bug and discovered how much I could save if I grew it myself hertfordshiremummy.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/the-thrifty-gardener.html

You know this idea that your sprogs will like what you ate when you were pregnant - well it's baloney!

A blog post on getting vitamin C into fruit & veg refuseniks!

A recipe for 'No pasta vegetable lasagne' from me - inspired by the longest yellow courgette I've ever seen!

Now with FREE advice on how not to burn vegetables. Sigh.

yassusarah · 15/08/2012 17:33

Goodness. I'm late this week. That's because we were at a festival and laughing with friends about family names for stuff!

valiumpoptarts · 15/08/2012 19:41
