Just updating you all in case you were dying to know...

Will he get more money from her in the divorce settlement now that they are married???

< being cynical>

Sparklingbunting · 03/06/2012 10:56

Perhaps there was a pre-nup?

MistyRocks · 03/06/2012 11:00

oh no :(

poor myleene, she seems so nice as well.

MarysBeard · 03/06/2012 11:02

I quite liked her until went all tabloidy & talked about waving a knife at an intruder in the garden and then I saw her doing a cooking spot on GMTV with Richard Armitage and she almost completely ignored him. From then on I concluded she is a Right Twat.

Sparklingbunting · 03/06/2012 11:05

I wouldn't like to cross her.

belgo · 03/06/2012 11:16

Very sorry to hear this, she genuinely seemed to love him, to have been able to ignore his dodgy background (didn't he flee Ireland to get away from a drugs charge?) and stay with him so long.

belgo · 03/06/2012 11:18

'She seems to be working a lot. That can't help.'

Stupid thing to say. Good for her for working so she can support herself and her children. And I hope she had a prenup.

Sparklingbunting · 03/06/2012 11:24

Can't believe I am being accused of saying stupid things on a bloody Myleene Klass thread, Sad. All I meant was she's never off the TV so how much does she get to see her husband as I explained.

I didn't want to start a working mum debate. Let's hope we see loads more of her on our screens then.

raindropsinmyhair · 03/06/2012 11:26

To be fair to the poster who mentioned her working a lot, I do remember an interview where myleene said that her work did affect their relationship and that he found it difficult.

SconeInSixtySeconds · 03/06/2012 11:27

I don't particularly admire the way she sells herself, although I'm sure it's very hard work etc etc.

But dear me, poor woman. No one deserves to have their husband walk out on them and their tiny children in such a cool manner. I know it's the DM, but if he really hasn't seen the children since early April it would appear he's a poor excuse for a wankbadger of a man.

Poor dc. Sad Sad

StickyProblem · 03/06/2012 11:28

I'm not a fan of her as a presenter BUT a) she's a hard worker, she couldn't be on TV that much without being b) she gave a load of money to the Farepak victims which I like her a lot for, it was hardly a fashionable cause.
Best of luck to her.

LoopyLoopsCorgiPoops · 03/06/2012 11:30

I know bugger all about her or her relationship, but I'm fairly sure she's a MNer, so please be nice in case she reads this. This place could well be her support network when things are crashing around her in RL. Less bitchiness would be nice if possible. :)

SconeInSixtySeconds · 03/06/2012 11:33

I agree Loopy.

Would we ever approach a thread on relationships with "Well, you worked a lot, what do you expect?". No. AF would kick us into next week, and quite right too.

Sparklingbunting · 03/06/2012 11:37

That's the reason this is in Sleb Twaddle not Relationships. Grin

AmberLeaf · 03/06/2012 11:52

He always struck me as a bit dodgy.

What a shame though for Mylene and her daughters.

She will be fine in the long run though. At least she is financially independant.

raindropsinmyhair · 03/06/2012 12:25

But sparkling didn't say it was Myleene's fault, did she? I think it's fair enough to say that someone's career could have an impact on their relationship- it doesn't mean that it's anyones fault. As women, I would like to think we all agree that Myleene is doing a bloody good job for herself and is a good role model for her daughters, either way.

TheCraicDealer · 03/06/2012 19:00

I've never been a massive fan of Myleene (especially since hearing about ignoring the lovely Richard Armitage- does the woman not have eyes?!) although I do admire her for being the first person to ever have a baby. But this seems too shitty, particularly if the birthday thing is true. I hope he turns out to be a proper cocklodger and she sees she's well out of it.

Notalone · 03/06/2012 19:08

Shock. He walked out on her BIRTHDAY ffs. What a lovely lovely man.

MistyRocks · 03/06/2012 19:24

she can do better than him anyway

she is a stunner, he is, well, bald and a bit rough looking tbh

Thumbwitch · 03/06/2012 19:31

What a bastard thing to do, walk out on her birthday. Poor woman, hope she is getting lots of RL support.

monkeymoma · 03/06/2012 19:32

I read her "my bump and me" book
he sounded like a prick in that and she wrote it with a "isn't he amazing" angle! it was all "poor gray, I'm being so horrible to him, he says I'm like a witch bless him"
came across as a right "lad" in it! she seemed to give him massive kudos for doing tiny things he should anyway

Sparklingbunting · 03/06/2012 19:33

Her and Gethin Jones would make a nice couple, now that he's split up with KJ.

SundaeGirl · 03/06/2012 19:37

Bastard. Her birthday. Bastard

pookle10 · 03/06/2012 19:39

I'm sure there is another women involved, it will all come out in a few days........ pooor kids.
