It's only half an hour to go until Sunday, so I thought I'd start this now - and I get to be first! AIBU or just overtired to be excited about that?

Anyway, I have spent Eurovision writing a new post -

Of the 18 month wake up call

Happy Sunday everyone!

I have been on holiday so have a lot of catching up to do, and this afternoon have blogged about making lists, and how much I love making lists

I am sure I am not alone...

YummyMummyReally I am always really surprised when i read threads on here about children's parties. Over here in France if they happen at all they are fairly traditional things. I am looking forward to being able to teach the local French kids some traditional British fun and games :)

As far as pass the parcel is concerned my family used to put forfeits in some layers, sweets in others, but the best prize was definitely for the end. It is the game I remember most fondly from my birthday parties.

Hello everyone. It was my birthday at the weekend and yet again I got a bit older. So I wrote a bit about it and about Saying Goodbye To The Tooth Fairy

I'm starting to get really rather nervous now. Any chance you fit this description and you're free on Friday? Grin

The Not So Terrible Twosday (Not Just For 2 Year Olds)

Although they are always light hearted and silly, I don't think that I can write a Terrible Twosday about Bob this week as she has been a super star, even though she has not been well.

I have written 'How to Care for a Child in a Spica Cast' in the hope that it may be useful to other parents with children with Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip

Having got myself thoroughly worn out this weekend, running around a forest with the kids, I had to ask myself where on earth do they get all their energy. So here are a few nuggets of info for you.

Hello all

Been a bit quiet on the blog recently. Bit of blogger's blog. Managed to relieve it a little by giving my iPhone a summer makeover.

How Time Flies!
On Friday my gorgeous baby girl turned 1! I am not sure where this last year has gone! You would think that it would have gone slowly, as there have been many more waking hours in the day since Bob arrived, but it has passed in a heartbeat!

Surprised to realise that my overwhelming memory of the Queen's Silver Jubilee has very little to do with the Queen:

From diamond to silver: remembering the 25th anniversary of the Queen's Coronation

I wonder how I'll remember the Diamond Jubilee?
