Just added another, as my two littlest were asleep. I'm going to a friend's after pick-up and needed to be able to bring something with us but I've given up chocolate, so our usual choc biscuits weren't going to do the job (as I've given up choc for lent - sob!), so this is how I cheated in Lent :o

Hello, I'm trying to work out about how this mumsnet blogging community works... reading other blogs, commenting etc. Before i got onto the mumsnet network, I was blogging in my own little bubble - all very well but not very friendly. I'm loving the mumsnet community but find it daunting to fit in everything around working, looking after the kids, teh dog, the chickens - and actually cooking something to blog about
