We have a little tykes wooden kitchen. Was about £180. Ds got it for xmas when he was 18m he is now 6.5 and doesnt really play with it but its stll loved by his 4yo sister.
Its held its condition really well so worth the investment.

I spent 1.5 days and about £80 on materials making over an Ikea wooden kitchen. I think it offers the best value and is a nice sturdy piece of furniture. I added real metal handles and metal taps and little spotlights. Painted it using Annie Sloan chalk paint. It still looks great 4 years later and gets played with every day. You’ll no doubt find lots posted to Instagram.

Otherwise, I’d look at Pottery Barn Kids to see if they stock/ship their play kitchens to the UK.

We had the ELC Diner kitchen. We liked the bright but not OTT colour (it was red). Two kids could play easily next to each other. Decent height. We found lots of accessories that could coordinate with it.

This is the one we have. It comes with the bits you can see and we have added more bits over the years like plates, food etc.

We've got the Asda "Ultimate" one for DD's Christmas - they recently had a deal making it only £64 which is a total bargain compared to all the other wooden ones I've seen.
