I reckon the nurse will hold your hand whilst the doctor bashes the other with a bible

I really hope so!! although I’d prefer it wasn’t a bible. 😬

No they will not bash it with a bible ! All that will do is to spread the stuff out and not get rid of it.
I have ganglions One is one the inside of my wrist and it comes and goes. It does not hurt.
I have them on my arms too but they are only noticeable to me.
You can get them removed by a doctor with a syringe. The advice our consultant gave to me and my daughter (she has one on her wrist too) was to leave them be unless they are upsetting or they hurt.

Did you know that people with ganglions are special ?

Bibles used because they used to be the largest books around. Either that or the complete works of Shakespeare. 🤣

Sorry @Jesde it has to be a bible. It's the only book that works according to my Nan. And she was the font of all knowledge in our family 😂

i have one that has been there for many years but the last year it has doubled in size and has been causing a lot of wrist and palm pain, the reason why I have been referred to see a consultant. But I just wondered what the options might be, thank you.

nope I didn’t, are you telling me I’m apart of a special ganglion club :)
