Hi OP, thanks for posting this! What do you eat on an average day? Is walking a good place to start with exercising? I wouldn't have the guts to go to gym while I'm this big so walking is my plan too, just wondered if you felt it was effective enough to begin with?

ThisBabyIsAnOctopus · 14/07/2018 20:08

OP you’re genuinely an inspiration

SallyOMalley · 14/07/2018 20:10

Hi OP. What was a typical day's food before you started to lose weight, and what do you typically eat now?

... And well done! Brilliant achievement Smile

tenbob · 14/07/2018 20:11

What was your starting weight and what is your current weight?

When did you realise this was the real deal and you weren't giving up?

AdventuresRUs · 14/07/2018 20:16

How long did it take? Did yiu follow anything in particular. How did you start - and what did you change nutrition and fitness wise to get going.

Im 18 st too and would love to be 9. Happy with 11!!

Nick Thank you. We were googling and trying to work out what she’d done to her face. The nose wasn’t right. How funny. I missed that one.

POPholditdown · 14/07/2018 20:41

What do you eat? Do you have a regular meal plan or just make what you fancy at the time?

My main issue is that a lot of the time I just don’t fancy a proper meal, even if I plan it. Or I’m hungry but don’t have an appetite for ‘real’ food so I just have quick fixes like sandwhiches or beans on toast, which means lots of bread in a day. Or just eat chocolate instead.

I’ve been through stages of having things like yogurts and porridge instead, but the texture of them just makes me queasy sometimes.

Redundancy1 · 15/07/2018 12:20

did I miss an answer of how long it took?

re yogurts and porridge, yes, I have that issue sometimes. I know people often recommend soups and stews etc but the texture just gets on my nerves sometimes.
