CM continues with his questions to AD.

Olderbadger1 · 14/10/2026 15:14

I know we've all followed lots of these tribunals, and been endlessly gob-smacked by the venal cowardice, gross stupidity, and endless corruption, but this feels worse than anything I've yet heard. Apart from their determination to punish Dr R for wrong-think, they have actively covered up patient harm. It's unbelievable.

BridgetYourFortyDaysAreUp · 14/10/2026 15:14

...I work on three screens... (sorry?)

KittyWilkinson · 14/10/2026 15:15

Blatant place mark as I've been AWOL. Many thanks @Boadicea2 and @fanOfBen . Very much appreciated.

I want one. I did not know they existed.

It is astonishing. I've not worked in the public sector, but I am certainly aware of private companies that will pay you to go away and shut up rather than face any sort of legal action like this.

They usually behave the same way in the public sector, and probably more so. It has to be because it's a trans case.

I agree. I didn't know they came in foldy uppy format. I've been eyeing it for days.

Boiledbeetle · 14/10/2026 15:16

No notes of another meetng?

Thehorticulturalhussie · 14/10/2026 15:17

AD: I am surprised that the level of transparency and openness was not there

I am uncharacteristically speechless.

Boiledbeetle · 14/10/2026 15:17

So many missing documents.

BlueLegume · 14/10/2026 15:17

Retired now but education/academia is the same. Zero integrity just chasing funding and the latest trend to appease people with an over valued belief in themselves and their positions.

It's so small and slim and

I WANT ONE!

That actually sounds like a job description.

But you missed out
'Unswerving and deeply held belief that professional curiosity has no place in this organisation'

Lots of different ways to set them up, you just need the right connections. (may even be bluetooth screens, but I prefer wired, more secure). Some screens work with laptops, not just PCs.

Sorry, last derail!

ps. I don't use the foldable ones, but they look really useful, as well.

I've got all the far right money, so I volunteer myself for testing the most expensive versions out there.

It's a hard task, but I'll make the sacrifice for the good of the terven.

CriticalCondition · 14/10/2026 15:21

I wonder if, in the light of the judge's order this morning that his diary be disclosed directly to her, he had a spurt of fear when his private email account was mentioned.

Boiledbeetle · 14/10/2026 15:27

At this point the judge must see the missing documents are not accidentally missing.

It's a crowded field with high standards but yes, I think Mr Doyle is currently in pole position.

nauticant · 14/10/2026 15:30

What's the betting that CM is going to say that in view of the time that needed to be used up in handling the disclosure problems, including AD's "hidden" meeting, that AD will be back in the chair tomorrow and that will take up a substantial part of the day?

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 14/10/2026 15:32

Justabaker · 14/10/2026 14:33

This is Mr Baker's theory - much better to be seen to be stupid than wrong.

AKA Ed Davey syndrome.

I assume that someone has already identified and named The Shaggy Defence in earlier tribunals but if not, I'll suggest it.

Boiledbeetle · 14/10/2026 15:45

This all sounds like they treated SR appallingly during the investigation.

That's quite a feature of these cases, isn't it?
It's not just a professional matter, it's 'burn the witch'.
Because every knows that anybody who is not full-on trans ally is evil, right?
