AD I'd met w DSH, C and Gill. Recognising that until had spokent to all 3 I wasnt sure where it wld all land, the DA report wldnt be used and we shld try to move forward

CM This arrived in Sept 26 but y'd already signed to say y'd disclosed all - p249 in suppl 2. Why only rec this last Monday
AD As yday I asked for it to be checked again and this is what came up
CM What does finalise e'thing mean?
In terms of my recollection I had Sd report,
met the 3 docs, told AD nothing being done w it and then get into repair workshop after SD

I'm staggered at the level of incompetence and ignorance this man is showing and he gets paid ££££££££ for it. Little wonder the NHS is in the state it is in, and all other institutions funded by the public.

This is giving me PTSD flashbacks of my grievance with the NHS. They just blatantly lied and lied and wouldn’t allow me to produce documents that would prove their lies.

I should have taken them to tribunal but I was too broken. The process is the punishment and I’m not very strong. Thank goodness for the Sandies, the Bethanys, the Sarahs, the Jennifers.

CM I've been asked if I'm micromanaging. The org was in a better state than earlier. All 8 CGCs had signif difficulties. I'd recruited new leaders and the role of leader of CGC and ICB different

CM I went thru the proper CEO interview process. My new chair wanted me to be more strategic. We'd been thru so much change process on all these orgs. My overall l'ship and my new leaders had delegated duties
CM The SD report into the Flynn Ix: the CGC reviewed contract w DA

I am deeply shocked - and to be honest upset- senior staff were knowingly and deliberately refusing to safeguard children referred to the trans Dr. As the evidence has continued it has clarified their total dereliction of duty and contempt for children's safety and welfare in the name of 'trans'. To me, this should be a criminal case, but nothing ever happens to punish trans extremist NHS staff.

I am posting this info again in case anyone hasn't read the previous thread:

And it's possibly a pattern.

He was also CEO in 2023 when it came to light one of his senior Trust Drs was supporting the use of infants who are children of transpeople as sexual props (by men/dads who Id as trans -with the sexual fetish 'lactophilia') - against all evidence based medicine and child safeguarding.

To get the babies protected, the Dr investigated and policy addressed, Children of Transitioners group had to go the the press, Heath Secretary and GMC, after which the NHS England CEO also intervened.

CM Status of doc which is worse than disc sanction has a long afterlife. Wld u agree DA report being shared w NHSE and GMC could be viewed as a similar situation?

She really is. She's a tremendously courageous and principled woman who cares for vulnerable young people.
