AD is getting a bit emotional in his tone.

I think he's on his pre-lunch prepared speech.

I wonder if these past few days is the most attention AD has paid to work related issues in years?

He can't. Not with only one leg, the other having deserted him.

Having but one leg to stand on.

AD I'd met w DSH, C and Gill. Recognising that until had spokent to all 3 I wasnt sure where it wld all land, the DA report wldnt be used and we shld try to move forward

CM This arrived in Sept 26 but y'd already signed to say y'd disclosed all - p249 in suppl 2. Why only rec this last Monday
AD As yday I asked for it to be checked again and this is what came up
CM What does finalise e'thing mean?
In terms of my recollection I had Sd report,

May be concerns re future and how to get right. Asked how to get it right in future
CM [reads email betwen C and AD incl transparency and honesty and thanking the C] Do u accept this is about Cs beliefs? It seems to have been only a failure to speak to DSH in advance

CM Is there anything separable from the referrals to NHSE and GMC. To the extent...
BW This is for subs
CM WR said is difficult to speak to each other ahead of referrals.
Yes
CM The SG team rebuffed by WB. U sit w C for an hour, invoke 2 of Nolan principles but dont tell her the GMC and NHSE has notice of DA

AD As the Cx came into me from DSH. I dont regard the referrals as vexatious
CM Would u accept this trial is 1st time that's made clear
AD Idk
CM p74 of WS bundle: [reads re nor feeling able to raise concerns in this org again]
That's her statement
CM U cld have said, we got this wrong, carry on

CM U dont say anything like that
It was v clear and it felt w Anesh and Alsion. that how concerns were raised felt v confusing. Re raising SG concerns, it seemed we cld do better about how to raise concerns and how to get it right.

Am I right in understanding this as Sussex failed to disclose multiple relevant documents to the Claiment? Is that legal?

They can't claim they don't have them - the emails exist so the attachments must also be recoverable.

There seems to be so many missing documents it's ridiculous!

fanOfBen · 15/10/2026 12:31

From TT:

And told DSH not taking it forward
CM The picture was mixed, reflected by Robsons own queries about where things had landed and the email.
J Let's go to the email
CM The one we've just looked at. If issues unclear to HR and the C they're not put to bed
I think they were

The workshop that all agreed to attend ??
CM The C was never told she'd acted in good faith
No
CM In fact u say to her, [reads re the complainant and the C cld change her practice]
No. I met w DSH, CMO and C each. I understood they had 5 days to appeal so I'll wait until that
has passed. Am trying to resolve where e'one is at

CM Y'd already met w DSH
Not sure, they were all close together
CM U discuss a vexatious referral
Yes, I used these words
CM Do u know access werent vexatious
AD I now see referrals to GMC and NHSE were appropraite

I've been advised by my solicitor to say "no comment"

'I don't recall' is also a popular choice.

CM 78 patients had signif risk of mental or physical harm in PSIR
Yes

Do we know if the review covered all patients or was a subset surveyed?

Didn't they exclude all patients who had already turned 18? I may be misremembering this, though.

I'm a bugger! I have so many pens, and yet I never have one to hand when I need one. I tried sticking one on a lanyard round my neck but just ended up with biro all over my top.

<totally ignores the request for pens. Mine all mine! >
