Publisher of Diva magazine suggests lesbians are lying about being pressured into sex with trans women

The publisher Linda Riley quotes:

“In all my years publishing DIVA Magazine, the leading and longest running magazine for LGBTQI women, I have never heard from a lesbian who says she has been pressurised into having sex with a trans woman. BBC News is reinforcing myths that are simply not true”.

Lesbians respond to her comment en masse, telling her that they have been pressured into sex with trans women (which let’s face it, is rape) and she ignores them, deletes their comments and has them blocked from her online Diva group.

Does she truly believe lesbians are making it all up?

Is she so entwined with Stonewall and trans activism she daren’t backpeddle?

Is she scared she will be the next target or death threats and harassment like JKR or Kathleen Stock?

It’s really cowardly behaviour and is alienating her core readership.

Ah dear Linda, she & diva been whanging lesbians under the bus so long, she probably can’t remember a time when lesbian meant sake sex attracted

Also interesting that Diva has become a magazine for 'LGBTQI' woman - but any mention of lesbian Kathleen Stock is banned.

It's basically a magazine for TQ people and Linda Riley should just own it rather than pretending it's anything to do with lesbians anymore.

Interesting that she's done this despite it being pointed out to her on Twitter than she had hidden all the replies that disagreed and described personal experiences that she didn't want to acknowledge.
