Actually, it's perfectly fine to keep your real gender to yourself, Jane, whatever that might be. Sex is what matters here.

Its ignorant speculation. Women produce different immune responses to viruses. So much so that there's evidence that a Male and female Flu vaccine would be useful. More women and babies died died during Ebola for lack of maternal healthcare than of Ebola. I'm very concerned about maternity services at the moment, we went into this crisis with 10% vacancies in midwifery.

No, this is sexism. Misogyny. Men’s rights activists are not all misogynists just like not all feminists are misandrists. Unfortunately, both political movements do attract misogynists and misandrists who give men’s rights activists and feminists a bad name/reputation.
