The anxiety/ LD will be used to try and get him a lesser sentence.

Realistically when Katie Dolatowski can enter female toilets and assault children twice and get a non custodial order then this guy will also face no real consequences.

The more stories about this kind of behaviour that come out the better. There has been a collective amnesia around why single sex facilities are provided.

Be vigilant how? Any male in female facilities now only needs to say the magic words regardless of how they present or how many red flags they present, and there's nothing anyone can do until a woman actually has been harmed. (And very little will happen once they're harmed either.)

I think the main thing this highlights is that "An ASV member of staff was also in the toilets and noticed someone was stood in a cubicle but not making use of the facilities.She waited outside and noticed a man come out.After the incident, ASV sent an email to staff urging them to be vigilant."
If everywhere is either mixed sex/gender neutral/wherever pervs feel comfortable it will be impossible to be vigilant and further exposes women and girls to risk.

It’s only relevant in that it is part of his personality and diagnosis .
But it has no bearing on his sexual predelictions .
Like you I find it irritating as it presents as part justification for his anti social actions. Must make those with LD / anxiety disorders who stay within the law feel even more irritated and marginalized .

We're past the 'please be aware of the potential risk in doing this' territory and into the 'risk has now been created by sex offenders happily exploiting half assed rules enabling mixed sex provision'. Would the authorities kindly get a grip and in the mean time licence women to carry mace.

I know that sports village. It is used by a lot of young women/children as well as adults. Often young kids around too.

Stewart Murray was convicted of an offence in November 2016 and was ordered by the court to stay away from female or unisex toilets.

Someone realised then that unisex facilities are no good.
