April 2018. Links to video taken at meeting event in Bristol. Speakers Julie Bindel and heather Brunskell-Evans were blocked in by transactivists of both sexes wearing hoods and masks above and below them on a staircase. Pickets with masked picketers outside venue. Don’t remember mainstream news covering this at all and the police who were outside did nothing either.

From memory, this was during a time of government consultation on changing the law on this exact issue.

Great to see ithis happening in Bristol after the shameful and authoritarian intimidatory behaviour of masked TRAs, gathering against women last year who were meeting in Bristol just to talk together about this issue. Flowers

Saw this in person, a lot of people beeping and walking past didn't know what it was about and when a few trans people told them, they were disgusted. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few police visits after this now.
