Only just seen- yes definitely posted video in contrast 😅 I do FAR prefer Posie's.

The whole Julie Bindel deplatformed a penis crowned as a woman at free speech event had me fuming when I posted it. It's an offensive mockery imo

My personal view is that it is important to see both the contrast and appropriation.

THe context that that video was celebrated by an organisation promoting free speech which 'un platformed' Julie Bindel is significant.

Its a situation worth following. The event has now been cancelled.

I'm confident that selfidentify posted that video by way of contrast and said "I like Posie's version much more"

As I commented underneath, it was seeing the video in question that reminded me of this profound and beautiful one.

I've got tears running down my face. This beautiful video prompted me to listen to more Kate Bush. She's a creative genius.

I am never sure which of her songs I like best. The man with the child in his eyes always makes me think of DH, who had that open, gentle quality all his life.

And then I finished with which made me cry all over again for a simpler time. I had it on repeat the morning of my wedding.

He dares, he bloody DARES to wear the yellow star and the pink triangle, to claim his identity as one of the people the Nazis tried to dehumanise and erase, while he himself supports the dehumanisation and erasure of half the population!

Ordered the hoodie from the website. It looks cosy and warm.

Once I get it, I will be a walking sandwich board around town.

I may get thrown out of Tesco, Waitrose, Boots, and banks, but they can't take Woman: Adult Human Female off me.

It of course reminded me of this video by Posie Parker.
