Day off here. At home with DH and DD but a lot of the day spent a) persuading DD that she really needs a nap b) cheerleading DH putting up the most amazing blackout blind (he's feeling insecure about a big birthday coming up and was complaining his legs hurt, well, if you climb a ladder 50 times in a day... they will) and c) doing effing Guiding paperwork plus chasing (and giving up on) fellow leader who was supposed to be doing vvvvv minor piece of paperwork to enable me to do the next step.
What a lovely day off. Oh and I went to the dentist.
I think I am now going to put some exciting labels on things going to the NCT sale. But I may also make biscuits. So it's not all bad. Book group this week and the baking is FAR more important than the book.
